Anchor 1

Temecula is a picturesque countryside town in Southern California. The wine-producing region of Temecula is situated among elevated mountains, with rolling hills as far as the eye can see. Our vineyard is located in the heart of Temecula's wine-producing region, 22 miles away from the Pacific coastline at an elevation of 1600 feet.

Beautiful Socal Wine Region

Temecula is located in the Mediterranean climate zone, this climate is characterized by warm and dry summers, and mild and rainy winters. The long and sunny summer gives wine a fuller body and more mature tannins, while the winter rainy season perfectly avoids any negative impact on grape growth and replenishes soil moisture and enriches vegetation.

Mediterranean Climate Zone

Temecula also has a unique microclimate. Our wineries are surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges that run along the coastline, and due to the altitude, there is often morning fog before sunrise. The temperature difference between morning and evening is also relatively large, making it very suitable for grape growth.

Unique Microclimate

The soil in Temecula is mainly shale granite, which is loose in texture and is similar to the Rhone region of France. Loose soil has excellent permeability and breathability, which can not only inhibit the growth of soil pests and fungi but also promote the growth of grape roots, allowing them to absorb water and nutrients from deeper soil layers.

We have half a dozen varietals carefully sourced from Europe's famous growing regions, such as Tuscany Italy, Rhône France, and Rioja Spain. Each varietal uses multiple clones from successful appellation for greater complexity.

State of Art Vineyard Design

We pour 100% of our passion into the making of wine, incorporating unique craftsmanship. All of our wines undergo malolactic fermentation and are aged in oak barrels for 18 months before bottling. This process allows the wine to be smoother on the palate while making the body richer and more complex, with a stronger sense of layers. All of our winemaking processes are completed locally in the old town Temecula.

Special Winemaking Techniques

We use various custom-made barrels for different varieties of red wine, mainly sourced from barrel suppliers in the Tronçais Forest in France and the oak forests in Wisconsin, USA. The oak barrels from the Tronçais Forest, located in the Allier region of France, are renowned for their exceptional quality. The oak used for these barrels comes from 150 to 200-year-old oak trees that grow in a dry, cold climate with lush forests and fertile soil, resulting in tall, sturdy trees with long and precise grain patterns. As the wine matures, the oak's aroma slowly releases, imparting flavors of spices and dark chocolate to the wine.
