Monarey’s vineyard was with the best viticulture techniques in mind. Our Vineyard is built with wide rows to allow more spacing for grapevines and machine maneuvers. 15 acres of our vineyard is currently planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Sangiovese, and Syrah. We monitor the health of our soil ecosystem every year to keep our vineyard sustainable. Cover crops are planted during raining season to help reduce soil and nutrient loss, increase soil organic matter and develop beneficial microorganisms.
